Zero Balance: If you have no previous outstanding balances on your card account and no new activity that month, this means that you have a zero balance. You might not receive a bill from your card issuer since you do not owe anything.
Zero Liability*: Visa's policy, which eliminates consumer liability in cases of card fraud for all Visa card transactions, processed via the Visa network, including online purchases.
